‘Myringotomy with a Difference’
Exmoor’s Single use myringotomy
kits (S-UM Kits for short) are supplied sterile, single patient
use. The kits are customisable and include a standard, micro-alligator
forceps or the unique ‘Grasper’, which affords greater
visibility and secure grip on a grommet, a new myringotome; suction
tubes; a set of three black, fairly flexible, aural specula; a Jobson
Horne probe. A grommet can also be included. |
The Bien Air
Duo – S80 is an integrated middle ear drill
and sinus shaver system.
The ear drill has a brushless air cooled motor with speeds of up
to 80,000 rpm. The ergonomic shaver handpiece incorporates irrigation
and suction channel and a patented easy coupling of the shaver blade.
All functions are controlled from the main console and selected
buttons on the foot switch.

Hickey ‘Flexi-Tip’ Sucker
The new Hickey ‘Flexi-Tip’ nasal
Sucker from Exmoor has a distal atraumatic tip; it conforms to
contiguous anatomical profiles; and ranges through 180º.
The surgeon can reach any point in the vicinity
of the site to aspirate, irrigate, deliver medication, guide swabs
or introduce a KTP laser fibre – all that without having to
effect instrument changes and with less hand strain. The Hickey ‘Flexi-Tip’ is
supplied sterile and is single patient use. |
The
ATMOS LED Headlight is comfortable and light weight. The focusable
power white LED headlight with its extreme performance provides
maximum illumination for use in the ENT clinic and ward. With 10,000
hours lifespan the ATMOS LED Headlight is very cost effective.
