‘Myringotomy with a Difference’
Exmoor’s Single use myringotomy
kits (S-UM Kits for short) are supplied sterile, single patient
use. The kits are customisable and include a standard, micro-alligator
forceps or the unique ‘Grasper’, which affords greater
visibility and secure grip on a grommet, a new myringotome; suction
tubes; a set of three black, fairly flexible, aural specula; a Jobson
Horne probe. A grommet can also be included. |

to 80,000 rpm. The ergonomic shaver handpiece incorporates irrigation

The new Hickey ‘Flexi-Tip’ nasal Sucker
from Exmoor has a distal atraumatic tip; it conforms to contiguous
anatomical profiles; and ranges through 180º.
The surgeon can reach any point in the vicinity of
the site to aspirate, irrigate, deliver medication, guide swabs
or introduce a KTP laser fibre – all that without having to
effect instrument changes and with less hand strain. The Hickey ‘Flexi-Tip’ is
